PJC Painters completed the timber staining work at this stunning Riverpoint Residence, a waterfront property, situated on the Nerang River, Isle of Capri. The project included meticulous preparation and staining of recycled and reclaimed ironbark timber from a century-old Newcastle wharf.

For this project, PJCPainters stained recycled and reclaimed timber using several colours from the Sikkens Cetol HLSe range. The project involved various timber substrates, including cedar and hardwood.

To achieve the final result, we applied 3–4 coats of 2 different coloured stains and 2 coats of clear, creating a unique, personalised colour and a long-lasting timber finish that complemented the property’s design.
